Once your package leaves our hands, it may be exposed to factors beyond our control—like high temperatures, carrier delays, or extended transit times.

We offer cold packaging year-round to help protect temperature-sensitive items like our chocolate from heat during shipping. If your ice packs arrive melted, don’t worry—that means they’ve done their job by helping regulate the temperature inside your package along the way.
